Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Carrier Liability

Risk of loss and title for all Goods pass to the customer when the Goods are delivered to the carrier. Liss Furniture is not responsible for loss, damage, or non-delivery of Goods after they have been delivered to the carrier for shipment.

 

Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. You agree to cooperate with Liss Furniture and the carrier as needed to process any such claims.

 

Optional shipping insurance is available from certain carriers and may provide additional coverage beyond carrier liability limits.

 

Text Messaging (SMS Terms)
