Liss Furniture – Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Promise

At Liss Furniture, we believe every piece you bring home should make you smile. If, within 30 calendar days of delivery, you don’t absolutely love it, you can return it for a full refund (subject to the conditions outlined below).

2. Who Can Return?

Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date (the day you receive the package).

Condition

Item must be in its original, unused condition—no stains, scratches, dents, or signs of wear.

Packaging

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and assembly hardware must be included.Proof of

A valid order number or receipt is required.

3. How to Start a Return

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

(Optional) A brief reason for the return

Receive a Return Authorization (RA)

Within 24 hours we’ll reply with an RA number and a prepaid return label (when applicable). Returns without an RA may be refused.

4. Inspection & Refund Process

Upon receipt, our fulfillment team inspects the item within 5 business days.

If the return meets all eligibility criteria, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7‑10 business days after approval.

5. Situations Where a Refund Is Not Granted

Return requests submitted after the 30‑day window.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Custom‑made, monogrammed, or personalized furniture (unless defective).

Returns lacking a valid RA or original packaging.

6. Shipping & Restocking Fees

Standard Returns: We cover the cost of the prepaid return label for eligible returns.

7. Exchanges

If you’d rather exchange the item for a different style, color, or size, follow the same return steps and place a new order for the replacement.

Once the original item is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund that you can apply toward the new purchase.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If the furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a free pickup and either repair, replace, or refund the item—whichever is most appropriate—at no extra charge.
